【暑假生活英语作文7年级（小学英语作文）】The summer vacation is coming! I am very excited because I can have a long break from school. This year, my summer vacation started on July 1st and ended on August 31st. It was a wonderful time for me.

During the summer, I spent most of my time with my family. We went to the park every weekend. In the morning, I played football with my brother, and in the afternoon, we went swimming. Sometimes, we also visited my grandparents. They always cooked delicious food for us. I really enjoyed their company.

In addition to playing, I also had some study time. My teacher asked us to read two books during the vacation. I chose "The Little Prince" and "Charlotte's Web". These books were very interesting, and I learned a lot from them. I also practiced my English every day by watching some English movies and listening to songs.

One of the best parts of my summer was going to the beach. I had never been there before, so it was a new experience for me. The water was cool, and the sand was soft. I built a big sandcastle and even tried to swim in the sea. Although I was a little scared at first, I finally felt happy when I swam with my father.

I also helped my mom with housework. I cleaned my room, washed the dishes, and sometimes cooked simple meals. It was a good way to learn responsibility.

In the evenings, I often sat outside with my family and watched the stars. It was very quiet and peaceful. I felt very lucky to have such a happy summer.

Overall, this summer was full of fun, learning, and family time. I will remember it for a long time. I hope next summer will be just as great!
